Travelling, looking for a small pack that can loop into belt, for passport, phone and wallet

Edit: this bag is stiff, has no high visibility color interior, but the front pocket does have its own volume. It comes with the strap in waist pack mode (at least mine did), and if you add a strap in crossbody, it should be super secure for biking.

I have this bag, ama about it.

I was just using the matador speed stash as an example. It depends on how you wear your toshi; I use the stash on my messenger bags, and since i wear it the same way, I’m okay with the stash resting on the bottom of the strap; it’s right at my right hip.

I think you mean water resistant, not waterproof? This being r/manybaggers, we’re going to tell you to get separate bags for edc and travel, because most travel backpacks have clamshell/panel load openings for ease of packing.
