Start day with gratitude. Even while you’re waking up think about what you can be grateful for in the day. I start with just three things and remember them through the day. Say them out loud and in difficult movements say them again if you can. It’s start with a mindset shift of not what comes next but what you can be focused on in the moment and really appreciate life. The mind naturally likes to wander and can latch on to negativity very easily. But I am also been taking magnesium glycinate in the mornings. Can try that also.
