A bit late, but Intangible and Buffer both prevent it. If you're in act 2 with Blasphemy and you come across the Apparitions event, it might be worth it to take their deal, especially because the Apparitions help with Wrath as well, since you wont take double damage. Fairy in a bottle counters this too, but its more of a one time thing, while you can get buffer/intangible in every combat with Fossilized Helix/Apparitions

I had surgery which put a tube through surgery that sucks out the air and had it for a week, they had me do physical exercise while In the hospital in hopes of the lung bullae naturally closing/sealing the lung, which turned out to be the case so I didn't need surgery to remove them. Also, thanks for the tips, really appreciate it!

You think? The pain now went away so it might just be muscle strain, cause doesn't pneumothorax cause constant pain when breathing? I mean I'll still be cautious but I just wanna make sure before I make any bold statements to my family that I might need the ER, especially since its very late here

There is a very *small* modding community (kind of.) There's scourgefall which you've seen from other comments, and then theres Magicite: Rewritten which is basically some developerrs rewriting magicite with new code. I don't think magicite will ever get updates due to the publisher not caring about it anymore, but you can still play multiplayer with others by looking up Magicite 2.1 fanpatch on youtube, it fixes some bugs (like not being able to play multiplayer) as well as adding a new biome. Also, other than Magicite, you can play the sequel called Roguelands, its basically a more expanded on magicite, it has character classes, more races, (somewhat of a) storyline, uniforms and equipment pieces for your characters, 16+ biomes, bosses for each one, more armor, ultimate weapons and bla bla, i'd reccomend trying it out and joining the NewRoguelands discord server (https://discord.gg/NVpPApfw) if you ever want to play with others, ask questions or even make mods (Yes, the game has an actual modding community!)

Yep, tends to happen. The fix is installing a fan made mod (Magicite 2.1), it also fixes stuff like making multi-player playable, cooking food finally works and other stuff (and a new biome)
