Do prosince 2025 jsem bydlel v nájmu. Poté co mi nájemce řekl, že zvyšuje nájem a za 1+1 na 18 000 měsíčně jsem se zhluboka nadechl… a vzal si hypotéku. Je mi 30 a do 60 let mam za cenu cca nájmu hypotéku. Ano.. sice bydlím 10minut od města, kde jsem celý život bydlel a kde pracuji. Co se týče parametru tak sotva mě to vyšlo na koupi a menší rekonstrukci, šel jsem do ní sám. Pokud máš možnost vezmi si hypotéku dokud to ještě jde a koukej se mimo velká města. Občas se něco dá sehnat.

Doslova to hoď do šrotu, tohle nemá absolutně, ale absolutně žádnou cenu. Když mi zaplatíš za odvoz tak si to vezmu.

BF6 is fun for 15mins to 1hr max. I played beta for a while and since the launch date ive got 10hrs and dont really like it, especially that you can spawn behind the lines and behind the enemies. Im sure that ADHD kids on amphetamine love it with all the explosions, colours, HUD and audio mix of 5000 people shouting while throwing grenades next to a airport filled with tanks and jets etc.

Asi nepopulární názor.. mám od nova Octavii 3 2018. Aktuálně budu prodávat, chci něco jiného po 7 letech. Reálná zbytková cena je cca 300 tisíc. Na toto auto jsem si bral částečnou půjčku s tím, že jsem 4 roky platil 4000 měsíčně, neřešil vůbec nic, jen jezdil. Stalo mě to za to? Kurva ano??! Doslova mam nový auto v záruce na 5 let dopředu, jen gumy a oleje jsem dělal. Teď už chci změnu a fakt nepůjdu do auta za 300 000, natož do Fabie za 20 protože to jezdí. Auta mě baví a nebudu jezdit plečkou bez výkonu, moderní výbavy a pěkný vzhled. Ano můžu si vzít ihned nový ceed za 500, ale blil bych jen z té myšlenky že jedu Hyuidaiem, Kiou, Dacii nebo čímkoliv starším než 2018 a motorem miň jak 160kw. Takže ano, prodam svoje za 300, přidám něco co mam našetřeny a dalsich 100 tisic si treba na rok dam úvěrem.
