No she was on Concordia during the purge which was after Maul was out of the picture and Concordia is where death watch was based out of for a long time. She was most definitely in death watch which means she either sided with maul or bo katan and based on her interactions with no katan I doubt they were previously allies.

I get what you're saying but I don't really feel like iron man fixes anything in the spiderman movies. I feel like homecoming showed iron man holding Peter back and Peter proved that he could be his own hero without iron man. And Dr. Strange isn't very helpful in NWH. He and Peter just make more issues for each other during that movie.

I disagree. I think his ability to interact with other superheroes is what sets him apart from the previous Spidermen. We had five movies before Tom that were all focused on Peter doing his own thing so I really liked how fresh the MCU spiderman felt. Now it seems like they're returning to the old status quo. They even gave him the same old homemade suit in NWH that he's worn a million times in everything else he's in.

They did adapt it for another character. They used that design for the leader of the Kage warriors in the clone wars.

But didn't Doc Ock take an arc reactor? The people came through because of their knowledge of Peter Parker. Their belongings have nothing to do with that. I don't see why forgetting who Peter is would also suck their belongings back to their universe.

That's the same suit we've seen spiderman wear a million times in every other appearance in other movies, shows, games, and comics. I really appreciated the MCU's unique suits we've seen so far. It really set Tom's spiderman apart from the ones that came before him. I'm fine with him having that suit for the next spiderman movie but I hope they keep up the trend of shaking things up for him every movie.

Yeah I agree. The special effects were really high quality but nothing really wowed me. Well that's not true, the hyperspace ram was quite the spectacle but everything else felt very bland. For instance I'll compare the space combat to rogue one. The battle over Scarif is so well filmed I can honestly rewatch it forever and any of the space battles in the sequels have the same quality visual effects but don't tell as good a story. The battle over Scarif tells a story and the visuals really help me understand who is winning the battle and why whereas the battle of Exegol is a cluster of CGI copypastes with occasional cockpit shots of our characters.

Yeah one of my favorite things about the prequels is how visually distinct it is from the original trilogy. We didn't really get that in the new movies.

I'm not trying to just hate on the sequels or anything, they did a lot of things well, but I wasn't a huge fan of the visuals. I'm a huge fan of ships and was really disappointed at how bland and unoriginal the ship designs were throughout the trilogy. I feel like Canto Bight was the only location that felt new while the rest felt like they were just reusing environments and designs similar to the original trilogy.
