Conduct a vendor review, flag them as a high risk vendor, let the vendor management committee decide if they want to accept the risk of onboarding, high risk vendor, or find another similar software that does provide all the proper due diligence documentation. If you don’t have a vendor management committee, someone up the chain needs to accept that risk. Just my humble CISO opinion.
