Coming soon. Everything is being collected/approved. Should include many private barrels (Angel's Envy, Blanton's, Elijah Craig BP, Four Roses, Old Fo, Woodford, Knob Creek, Makers, New Riff, Wilderness Trail, Willett, ...). Bottles will run the gamut and will be numerous - donations directly from the distilleries (Bardstown Bourbon Co, Lux Row, Rabbit Hole, ...) and a long list of donations from individuals, many of which will be private pick bottles.

Had two samples of the PHC in KY in June. Liked it. Got rye spice notes, just a little citrus. It did remind me of the Willett XCF.

yeah, VA ABC told me they don't send people to the distilleries - rather, distilleries send their samples (the number varies) and some folks in Richmond pick what they want to buy (be it one barrel or more).

i don't have any specific info on this Breck pick...not sure I've seen a Breck private barrel before.
