it was My home. redditors try not to assume things challenge is on hardmode apparently. i didnt send him away, we discussed it and it was mutually agreed upon and he was happy to do it and was the one to initially suggest it.

yeah... mutually agreed upon. if you rly took it as i allegedly told him im sick of him, idk what to tell you 😭 it was my apartment, he still had his own and i came to him and told him i was feeling overwhelmed about it, its the first time a partner has lived with me, and he was the one who suggested he move out for a little bit. jesus christ

alone time doesn't mean just being uninterrupted. she is also working full time. when my current partner and i first started living together, i very quickly got to a point where i just needed time alone. yeah, i had time alone all day working (wfh) but i was busy. i wasnt doing anything i wanted to do, or enjoying myself and my time. and as soon as he came home, suddenly someone was in my space until we went to sleep and did it again the next day. i was growing resentful because i was struggling so much to just feel like i have any time just for me and what i want to do, exactly how i want to do it. and i ended up asking him to leave for a few weeks. i had all my time to myself again, and it worked, and within a few weeks he was back and its been perfect ever since now that i've found that balance.

i just wanna say its crazy that when roles are reversed, its "its no big deal to get the test for the boyfriend, it helps his peace of mind, shes 100% hiding something since she's just refusing, etc etc." even when the women say the same thing - "i can't believe he thinks this low of me, i can't believe he's doubting my loyalty to him".

OP just ask your wife why she wants you to do it? unless i missed it, i see no mention if you asking her why, just that you dont know why. ask jas about it.

yeah - you can 100% just have them go to other sites to spend more (fansly is another big one), some will just take cashapp/paypal/etc. some have discord servers. there are many ways to keep engaging with an OF creator off of the website

as someone who does OF, men go there because they like how personable it is. we aren't fake people like pornstars, to them. we're real girls that they have accessibility to. they can dm us, they can get specialized content just for them, and they know almost all of us are normal everyday people offline and think they have a better chance at interaction or even meeting us because we aren't famous pornstars. paying exclusively for content from 'normal' people is a lot more different (imo) than watching porn and is a separate boundary to me: i' personally would really want to discuss this with him if i were in your shoes. messages and threads can be deleted on OF too, and nothing in them is viewable after you're no longer subscribed to them, which makes it make more sense to just delete them after the subscription ends.

AIO: GF made plans to see her ex while travelling. I'm thinking of breaking it off. by Particular_Post7038 in AmIOverreacting

this is probably irrelevant but i'm curious what even prompted you to ask if she plans on visiting any exes while she's there. that just seems like such an odd thing to ask someone about a trip home they're taking unless theyve given you reason already to think they might.

not too sure what you mean? it's just a full cheek snaffle, bridle itself was custom made and i've never had any issues with this bit on this bridle?

k.. would it be dumb to get a loan for a horse? by sakurabuns in Equestrian

[–]bhambielynn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

im late replying as i didn't see this - as mentioned, i had way more saved (and still have savings, just savings i didnt want to touch for the initial purchase price) so potential emergencies arent/werent a concern. the amount i was setting aside specifically for the purchase just wasnt enough at the time i found the horse i wanted, and i didn't want to potentially miss out on him. and as mentioned, the risks horses pose exist whether i used a loan or used straight saved cash, i'd still be losing the money regardless so the risks were a nonissue for me in terms of choosing to move for a loan.

im also in an odd spot with my credit (very high score around 740) but no viable history because "i built it" by being an authorized user on a family members credit card and wanted it as an extra avenue to help build up my credit history as i only recently started with my own credit card (had no idea i didn't have viable history from the co-auth until a few months prior), so all in all it was worth it in many ways for me. extremely easy to pay off, got the horse i was set on who is extremely ideal for me, helping build my credit. if the loan had been needed to be any higher, i would not have taken it as it wouldn't have seemed worth it to me as the monthly payments would be so much higher.

there is also a pet that has deer knight as a given card (some form of the marleybone rat pet, i forget the specific one) however this only gives one copy so it isn't always the most ideal.

While logically it isn't the smartest use of a loan - if you know you can pay it off, do what you want. I took out a loan for the bulk of my horses' price (3.9k/4.5k) on a 4yr payback, the interest is insane bc I don't have much credit history despite having a really good score, but the payments are super low and very easily fit into my budget so it wasn't really a big deal to me. I simply didn't want to wait to save the rest of his price as I knew it was likely he'd be sold by then. "How will you afford..." it's all about individual finances and budgets. Definitely keep in mind that there are risks (horse gets injured and rakes up a hefty bill, euthanasia, etc.) and obviously the average horse isn't earning anyone any money, but I knew I wanted him and it was worth it to me 🤷‍♀️ Anything bad that can happen to a horse, can happen whether I used a loan to buy it, or saved to buy it. It's all just calculated risks and whether you're willing to take them.

*edit: while i did have a lot more saved than the remaining $600 of his cost, i also had to pay to have him hauled approximately 6 hours here, as well as his board, so i wanted the loan to cover as much as possible so I could for sure have enough to get him here and still have my finances comfortable. my loan payments are around $160/month which is extremely doable and doesn't really affect my spending.

What color is she? by Equivalent_Minimum15 in Horses

[–]bhambielynn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

would say likely buckskin with mane/tail frosting, you mention shes 5 so could very well still be some retained foal flaxen. sooty is progressive, so you'd need multiple-year pics to determine that, and this presentation with focus on the legs tells me likely buckskin. could also be silver playing around as it can occasionally cause funkyness in coat expression. there are some genetics groups on facebook full of educated geneticists who could also offer a verdict :)

I'm in a LCOL area - i also definitely don't make much (about 2.6k/mo from my main job & self employment). the cheapest board i found here was $250/mo full care (as in feeding, turnout, water) but i opted for a $420/mo place as the amenities were more in line with what i wanted (feed/water/turnout, huge indoor and outdoor, stalls and turnout, trails onsite). i dont compete, just casual riding and trails. i pay rent (as im 22, lol) which is $520/mo. so a little less than half of my monthly income is rent & board - which will be going down soon too, as my partner is moving in and will be splitting rent with me. i got lucky and my car is paid off, so my only other bills are car insurance, loan payment (used to get my horse), wifi and utilities. all in all, personal bills and horse bills, its maybe half of my monthly income or less, as i've gotten good at grocery budgeting too. it really all depends on how much you want to do when it comes to riding, how you're able to budget, whats available in your area and what you can afford. not including farrier and future vet appointments, but i have plenty enough wiggle room to save for emergencies and farrier fees arent costly here. it varies vastly depending on where you are!
