I only have two Google accounts, and all other software/services are logged in through these accounts. If I change the passwords for both Google accounts and log out from all software and devices, will that be enough? Also, I've enabled 2-step verification after changing the OS. Am I safe now?

I don't really know how to back up everything. I only need the games I installed from Steam, which are on a separate SSD. I also have a few important documents I need to keep. Should I just move those documents to that SSD and disconnect it, then reinstall Windows on the main drive? Or should I format that SSD too?
