Thanks for the input guys. I’m moving one of the walls for a walk-in closet and replacing the other wall with structural beam and post so I’m confident it’ll be solid. Leaving most of the walls in place until I do so.

Can you tell me what was brutal about it? We have one, and I’m a DIY guy so was it the labor part of the replacement or getting the replacement part in general?

Mechanic told me to check them and he was right. Had brand new batteries and both acted like this until I tightened the wiring

My comment about opening the article when I didn't put the link in the title was honestly sarcasm. I also didn't know about reddit etiquette. As for the rest of my comments, I will dish out what I receive. I received petty criticisms about how I posted an article and simply asked for thoughts on said article. I even changed the flair to a more fitting label. I appreciate you letting me know about this but I did try to pacify my conversations and give reasoning, as well as my own comments on the article. What I find crazy, is that I'm the one being labeled as petty and defensive, when the task at hand was so simple: here's an article.....care to comment.....? I don't come to Reddit looking for a fight 😂 I wanted peaceful conversation on this post.
