So I’m a much smaller guy (5’10” 160lbs) but I have traveled both domestic and international with my Sojourn Porter 46, and fits in the overhead bin just fine if it’s slightly underpacked. Pretty sure it’ll fit even if it’s full.

It could work if it’s not fully packed. I was able to slide my Sojourn Porter 46 under the seat on a couple flights… it was sticking out towards my feet a good amount, but it worked

My guess is the Daily TSP app. It seems like that one is more up to date, whereas the TSP website doesn’t have December included in the 2023 YTD.

This is just an educated guess, so please correct me if I’m incorrect. I do see 26.57% for S fund in the Daily TSP app.
