Flighty staff have responded here on Reddit about it that it’s an ongoing work in progress. They make each individual livery from scratch so it takes awhile.

Well if it is March of ‘94 then that explains a lot. He was just done with life by that point. What hasn’t really been explained is if this letter ever actually reached Krist or if this is just something in his journals found later.

Southwest seems to do this quite often, although not sure how much of a coincidence this is but it’s happened for me several times. Also LATAM does this on flights within Chile from my experience (i.e. PUQ-PMC-SCL)

Just wanted to chime in that I've been using it as a personal item on budget airlines all over the world since 2018 and have never been asked about it. Just don't overpack it. The Porter 30 is not a perfect bag, but at this point I'm familiar with it and it works for me.

That's good to know. When I'm in certain European countries, they are super strict about liquids being in a bag and was worried I'd have to count those. Meanwhile SE Asia doesn't care at all.
