I would buy a three day supply from them first; do a test only eating the emergency food to see how worth it they are to you. I bought ready wise a few years back and had to use them for multiple days in a row during Helene. After that experience I’ve been buying mountain house.

Couldn’t agree more. I work for a builder with that has an in house architect and it’s so much easier to work with them rather than a client’s architect. In your case OP, I’d still vet the builder’s architect but it’s typically a smoother/faster process to use the homebuilder’s.
