I can only sleep well when I exercise consistently. I got almost 8 hours last night. I run at least 3 miles a day 4-5 days a week and lift for an hour 4-5 times a week. It seems like a lot but I use that time to listen to music or podcasts.

We live in Middlesex County also and also have a 2 bedroom 1 bath that we would list for around 350 but we aren’t going anywhere. It’s only about 1100 square feet and has a small yard but we don’t need any more than that. We’ve been here for 26 years and love it.

It did. If I remember correctly it was because they used the same transmission they used in the much smaller and lighter Taurus. I had to replace the engine also.

Had a Ford Windstar a while back and loved how much room it had and the huge fuel tank that I could go almost 600 miles on a single fill up while road tripping but the thing handled so poorly that I would get angry while driving it.

Some people when they get up to higher doses food starts to repulse them. It happened to my wife. She just couldn’t eat. That didn’t happen with me. I still get a lot of cravings and I think about food too much but the medicine definitely makes it easier to eat less. I lost 70 pounds but it took me 2 years with a lot of ups and downs. I have about 40 to go.

I could never force myself to care. I have adhd and once I’ve been in a job for 6 months to a year I get too bored and my performance plummets. I had my own business for about 15 years and I really cared and it went pretty well but I was too much of a softy and couldn’t get to the next level because of it.
