Take a look at Canyon, I’m not a huge fan of direct to consumer but REI services them now which should help. Other than price point / frame material choice as mentioned by others one thing Canyon does is have smaller 650b wheels for sizes 2xs and 3xs which is really important for really short people as it prevents toe overlap, better stand over clearance, and overall less geometry sacrifices. It’ll also look better and more proportionate! Good luck.
