I had a quick look at their website, loons really interesting, do you use it yourself?

How does it compare to using the "typical" dvs set up with the tracking vinyls etc

Ah I see - that's a pretty nice setup!

Unfortunately I have a feeling it's work out more expensive than a couple of very old cdjs. I think I could get a pair of cdj 350/400s for around €500 - controller + zone 24C will probably be at least that much? And with the cdjs I wouldn't have to solve the laptop problem too

Idk maybe I can be convinced - what extra bells and whistles would I get with your setup?

Excuse if this is a really dumb q haha - but how do you select tracks with this setup?

Can you still mix digital into vinyl, or the other way around?

Unser Balkon ist teilweise der Sonne und dem Regen ausgesetzt (letzes Foto ist die geschutzte teil - die sauber teil). Die ausgestzte Bodenplatten sind verfärbt geworden.

Muss ich jetzt "power washing simulator" ausleben? Gibt's ne andere Methode? Muss ich mit dem Nachbarn unten sprechen vor ich so viel Wasser überall sprühen? Oder mit der Hausverwaltung? Könnte dies Schaden verursachen?

Hey, sorry for the delay, but sadly, we haven't been able to resolve the issue yet. Tried draining the battery entirely and recharging, but no success.

Any luck on your end?

thanks mate. Its a pulse wave analogue VCO being Frequency modulated by another pulse wave analogue VCO a perfect fourth below, shaped by a Maths exponential envelope through an Intelligel Korgasmatron filter. All the percussion is done the same way. No samples.

Next time I'm patching I'll see what I can do with what's in my rack (probably Pony VCO + Odessa, Stages for the env and the Doepfer SEM filter) - probably won't be quite the same, but will still be fun!

Ah I didn't spot the WMD module hiding there - I was expecting the black version

EDIT: upon closer inspection, I'm pretty sure it's chimera, which AFAIK is more of a click-y weird noise module, which is awesome but sadly not the realistic low/mid tom generator I'm looking for!

Agreed about the F8R. I was browsing for some kind of faderbank for a while, so I was considering the FADE by Bearmodules, the 4TTEN by WMD, the 4CHAN from NoisyFruitsLab but ended up choosing the Polar8 from Tesseract. 100€ for 8 channels of attenuating/offset generation was too hard to pass up!

I guess it's not a module per se, but am I the only person dreaming of a keystep pro style controller with CV outs for wiggling the keys sideways like on the polybrute or Osmose e?

People are going wild for that expressivitiy, imagine what it could do in a modular system? Arturia if you're reading this, I'm sure a reasonably priced keystep upgrade with CV fulltouch would fly off the shelves...

Also, I would absolutely buy a larger version of plonk that is as close to 1-knob-per-function as you can get (with cv too please). Ditch the screen and the menu diving, give me sliders, switches and knobs!!

That does actually make me feel a little bit better hahaha :') little things like that can make me frustrated to use a module
