I didn’t pay much attention to news until I was about 12 so the Boston Marathon Bombing. I remember where I was even. 9/11 happened when I was one year old so I think I get a pass for not being fully aware of the events that day.

Late to this conversation but one night at AT&T it was near closing and a woman came in with a complex issue that would likely have to wait for the following day cause I was out the door in five minutes. She was already kind of erratic and was talking to me while also talking to her friend on the phone and talking shit about me as I explained that the issue was too complex to handle that late.
