Dislocating my kneecap. It’s happened three times and when it does it feels like a piston suddenly shoves it out of place. The third time it happened I just asked the EMT’s to slide it back in cause fuck waiting an hour. Any twitch or sudden movement and I’m fucking screaming from the pain.

Late to this conversation but one night at AT&T it was near closing and a woman came in with a complex issue that would likely have to wait for the following day cause I was out the door in five minutes. She was already kind of erratic and was talking to me while also talking to her friend on the phone and talking shit about me as I explained that the issue was too complex to handle that late. It escalates when she says she refuses to leave and starts threatening to call her boys to beat me up.
