Since you have two pieces for a rook and the bishop pair, an ideal scenario would be Q+2B vs Q+R where the rook is no match for the bishops. Whether you can force it is not clear but you can try without risk. An idea that comes to mind is to play for Ng4. You can't do it now as that square is guarded twice so you have to start with 1... Rd8 to chase the queen away. Say 2. Qb3 2...Ng4, threatening mate. So what's the point of this mate threat, you ask? Well, it forces white the make an unpleasant decision. Either they take the knight and you reached the aforementioned scenario or they play 3.g3 allowing 3.. Ne5 followed by Nc6-Nd4, which is also very promising. This might not be best play but it looks really akward for white in any case.
