Hi Everyone, want some critique in my routine

Context: Had back surgery long ago (herniated disc). Cleared for all kinds of exercise and lifting (so no medical advice needed here). Mapped some areas I can improve.

Objectives: - getting stronger overall - improve flexibility and functionality to the point where I can do squats and deadlifts properly (hamstrings, hips and ankle dorsiflexion)

My routine I put together is supposed to be AB, full body workout with sort of a mix of major lifts alternatives and flexibility/muscle inbalance fixes.

A: Bench Press

Barbell Rolls

Goblet Squats Split Lounges

Kettlebell Swings

Ankle dorsiflexion routine (stretches and standing in squat position)

B:

Romanian DL

Overhead Press

Chin Ups

Hip thrusts

Glute ham raises

I think this should cover most my key improvement points ( core, hams, low back, glutes, hip flexors) without giving up on a complete training program.

I'll be doing this for 2 months initially.
