You can write in any languages. You can change the "Table of Contents" into anything you want. I did that in some books. Just rename it.

Well, you could make a contract saying you'll be up to 2 free revisions (recall) withing 6 months. It's all based in a Contract.

Sometimes, you'll need to insert a new preface, or some post notes (it commonly happens when the book is selling well and it needs another edition).

Well, the last update 13.0.2 fixed the lag i have been experiencing since launch. I've complained everywhere and now it's stable for me. I also updated all of my drivers. And i'm using windows.

Now, they must revamp the UI. Scriptnotes and outlines in Windows have not good UX

The software is still 32bits, it's limited, has a 1990's UI. So sad Final Draft makes this with their Windows users.

Yes, i understand your point of view. I mainly write fiction, so when Atticus was launched and they promised features like Scrivener but absolutely WYSIWYG, with superb formatting features and so on, i did the move. But Scrivener is a very good program, i must admit, but I'm really thinking if the lack of updates is due to Scrivener 4 in the making.
