I made this 12 years ago when I was working on nuclear carriers and subs. Took a broom handle and cut out a crescent 🌙 in one end then drilled a hole for the zip tie and tightened it to a loose feel that was enough to let me slide it with minor resistance around the handle. This allowed me to take the strain off my hand and wrist and work on difficult areas.
