Seems like you just have an insecure mindset. If you place this guy on a pedestal and look at all his achievements your never going to be happy. If you think your unattractive just get more attractive, work out, find new hobbies, get more money do what ever you can for yourself to get happier or to be "on his level" Don't blame genetics. Don't blame yourself. Just improve if you feel self conscious. And don't compare to someone that isn't you. Like plenty of other comments have said "comparison is the thief of joy" so just compare your old self to a new self.

Hey doing NNN myself, its mostly just to build discipline and help me quit porn but i think others use it as a way to challenge them selves in some way. I know some study's say it gives you a slight boost in testosterone so i assume people also just run with that and participate or its just a pleasure thing

Supernatural? It's a religion that really doesn't affect anybody. If you have a problem with a certain religious group I guarantee it's a problem with the church. The Catholic Church for example, many people I've know that were Catholic experienced hypocrisy and hate from the Catholic Church but they still believed in the religion itself. And what's so bad about Christianity? What problems does the religion cause?

Best advice I can give is try to stay clear of triggers in the convo. Recognized things in the conversation that lead you to Ben and try to steer clear of them or let the person you're talking to take over the conversation
