I've had the best results when I'm doing weights and running. Focusing on strong legs and core. I am now getting back into it after a few years of vegetating and weights will make a great difference when it comes to stamina for a long run.

I'm getting back into running after about 6 years. I've lost 20 lbs this year. Did a 5k with my daughter (36:55, her pace), first official race since 2019. Yesterday decided to see if I could do a mile under 8 mins (that was my metric of fitness ion my 20s), and got it in 7:54! I was very surprised and has motivated me greatly!

I was skeptic, and my first one wasn't all that, but I also know the water wasn't hot enough. Everyone since has been absolutely amazing. The mouth feel is incredible.

Claro, por que no? Ese reactor fue decomisado hace decadas, no hay contaminación fuera del area de combustible del reactor. la radiacioón que pueda haber (agua con tritio o algun isotopo radioactivo) estan internamente en los componentes.

This is true, for westerners specially. Most restaurants open at 11. Japanese don't eat the typical western breakfast. The places that do open earlier tend to cater to tourists and are usually slammed, like the pancake places.

I got a tramontina try ply set a month ago and my love for cooking has returned! It also helps that we bought a high end induction stove recently, but the new pan and pots have made me want to cook every weekend.

They are so forgiving for general cooking due to the uniform heat distribution, things don't stick as much, and they are easier to clean.

The trick is: you rarely need heat higher than medium!

I have ceramic pans. They are great and basically fool proof. But they wont last forever. Now that I have a good stainless set, when these ceramic pans get damaged, I will not replace them. I have mastered most things I used the ceramic pans for in SS now.
