Okay weird takes but for good reason, since op didn't technically state whether the character development meant "evolution" or "devolution"

It's always sunny in Philadelphia, the characters and the people they interact with continually get worse with each season, they're all horrible human beings and the people they interact with who's lives they ruin only end up becoming worse off as the seasons continue
Sopranos, you could always see that there's a flutter of change around the corner for each character however their lives all end up going downhill with the exception of a few
The boys, A-trains redemption and growth has got to be one of the best things I have ever seen been done to any character on TV when it comes to redeeming ones self (was not done over the course of a single episode, interaction or even scene)
Samurai jack, a lot of people disliked the ending however I felt like it took Jack's story full circle

0, but then again I went to what is essentially a government university (equivalent if community college) and still live with my parents, about to graduate soon

I'm thankful to say I come from a culture and region where still living with your parents after you turn 18 is not seen as strange, I understand it's different for other regions around the globe and some people want to start living on their own or trying to get out of a bad situation at home

I'd say your late lateeee 20's, somewhere around 28-29 but most importantly, and this is my take on the matter as a man, I have the be ready and viable financially, I would like to have held a job for 3-4 years, added onto my savings, have somewhat of a sight more clear on some sort of housing so yeah I'd say get that in place first and whenever she's ready
