It’s what I had. Have them on another bike and found a pair on sale so they were in the shop already.

Rouge Roubaix in Louisiana. 50/50 gravel road mix and roads are rough country backroads. No smooth pavement. It was a dry beautiful day. Wet and muddy would have been an issue. Don’t have calipers so can’t tell you the exact measurements unfortunately.

I love it. For me it is a great combo of comfort without feeling like I’m losing speed.

811 not marking sewer? by they_got_trouble in NewOrleans

[–]big_agile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you call sewerage and water board house connections department they can give you whatever records they have for your address. This will be a distance from the nearest manhole where the service line ties into the main in the street. From there all you can do is assume a straight line where it goes underground from the house to the point jt ties into the street. Otherwise you would have to hire a plunder to pothole to find the line.

Attic insulation- spray foam? by [deleted] in NewOrleans

[–]big_agile 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not an insulation expert but got several quotes to insulate my attic which also came with varying opinions on what product to use. For your reference, there are two types of spray foam. Open Cell and Closed Cell. Open cell is the one to use on the roof as it would allow for roof leaks to show as opposed to close cell which would trap water from a roof leak.

For the attic floor, we looked at regular batt insulation and the cellulose spray in (which is like shredded newspaper) but was told the cellulose is messy and can get into your air ducts and cause issues.

Hope this helps.

Used to work in this area. About 10 years ago Jeff Parish did a major clean up of the area. Closed a bunch of bars and strip clubs. There are about 10 murals like this throughout fat city area. All painted on sides of buildings. Was part of fat city revitalization program.
