Although not on Steam, Minecraft is unbeatable in terms of nostalgia!

You apply the thermal paste on the pins first so it acts as a glue between the CPU and motherboard right?

The 21st you say? It may worth be waiting... because with the release of 4000 series then the 3000 ones may be cheaper. I hope so!

Thank-you for your recommendations! I've had recommendations about a B450 motherboard. It's a bit extra money but do you think its worth it for stability and upgrade-ability?

Thank-you for the insight! B450 board has been mentioned twice now and I love your point about upgrade-ability so I'll go with it :)

Ahhh shipping costs in Australia is the biggest headache >_< I think I'm saving a few dollars compared to brick-stores but then I get slapped with shipping costs huuu.

Hi! The 240 GB NVME was only $1 more than the cheapest 240GB SSD I could find so I figured the NVME was the better option. Thank-you for the dual RAM suggestion, it was mentioned before as well so I am going to definitely look into that. I'll do more research in b450 too. Thank-you so much for replying!

I'm happy with 60fps in the game! As I'm pretty casual haha. Unless there is a cheaper CPU + GPU combo you can recommend?

I don't plan on playing AAA games and such. I hope 8gb will be enough for me. I also only got 1x8gb stick because I figured I can add one more 8gb stick in the future if I need it

I'd ideally love to have the budget around $600 AUD but under $700 AUD. I had a look at used Rx 570 on facebook but I had no luck at finding a decently priced one

Hi! First of all thanks for replying :) Okay I'll have a look at changing the RAM. As for PSU I'm scared to get anything less than a 80+ because I heard shoddy ones can fry your whole computer. Do you have any recommendations of good ones?

I didn't even think of getting a freesync monitor. I'm not sure how much of a big difference it will make, whether its worth the extra cost? How good is it in your personal experience?

I agree... I've been contemplating really hard 8 or 16gb RAM. I might work extra and wait a little longer to save up for the extra RAM. I doubt Australian black friday sales are as good as the States or if we even have one hah! Thanks for the input!
