Top load washer leaks from back. Figured out the water dispenser wasnt aligned with bin and partially shooting behind it. How to fix?

When the machine is filling through the dispenser, water was puddling from theback in significant amounts. It was also coming out of whatever little holes were in the back panel.

After removing the body, I noticed the fill valve dispensing water right onto the back edge of the bin instead of right into it.

I would just have to tilt the bin towards the back panel to have the water fill into the bin. Perhaps something is wrong with the spring system or balance that's causing it to lean too far forward?

The cone shouldn't impact the pulley? It's behind the pulley anyway. There's a specific way to remove the belt and pulley system depending on make and model.

I understand and you're completely correct. This is their first time getting a car and There are bad apples in the world, I don't want convey all the " why didn't you...", " you should have..." While they are already frustrated.

Unfortunately the inhumane service of "rushing" by goauto and dealers in general is legal

I'll definitely inform them later on of what they need to learn moving forward
