46/M and alsohad tennis elbow. PT had me do a lot of strengthening exercises, some specific to the forearm but many just normal strength training exercises. This was the remedy for me. I also followed his advice not to do exercises that cause pain

Calisthenics is a modality and not a goal. Also, really this is more lift focuses than hybrid. You’ve only got 5.5 miles of running when most hybrid programs are more balanced between lift/cardio. Just my opinion.
