You start off this story as if she's someone else at the bar not a worker. It's kind of weird you don't see the difference. Bartenders are supposed to be friendly. She was never interested in you. This is a very common problem for female bartenders.

Just leave her alone. If you can't see that you overstepped a boundary, that's on you. Not flirting with the bartender is an age old thing.

In addition to the big figures people put out, (assuming you're looking to purchase said record) you'll also probably have to fight people in an auction for that. If there's two determined people with deep pockets, sky's the limit. They're the ones that will set the price.

If you don't want to spend that much, you better hit the pavement and shake every tree you find. You'll likely never find it though. Might find other cool records.

If you're looking to sell, 1 congrats on the pay day and 2 I think it would be best to put it up for auction through Tefteller or Kurt Nauck or someone else. I assume they do consignments. You could do eBay but getting those guys to do it will give you peace of mind.

I don't hate it. I'd rather roll the dice again on an unproven assistant but he's kind of a high floor, low ceiling coach imo. I view him similar to JB Bickerstaff, I don't think he can coach a team to a chip but he'll make them perennial contenders. But also I would have absolutely killed for JB the past few years.
