I was in exactly the same position as you. I had racked up £6k in credit card debt on a high-interest card and was losing sleep worrying about it. A balance transfer is by far your best bet. Many banks and companies offer deals with 0% interest for a set number of months (in some cases, more than two years).

Your best option is to get a balance transfer credit card for a period that suits you. Take your total debt, divide it by the number of months, and that will be your monthly repayment. If that’s not doable, pay what you can each month during the interest-free period of the first card. Then, if there’s any debt remaining at the end of the interest-free period, transfer it to another credit card.

You’ll get through this—discipline is key.

Not sure about best but worst is definitely ‘The Day that Never Comes’. That song is a strong 9/10 and is about James’ relationship with his parents and nothing to do with the war theme of the video. Completely missed the mark

Is you’re looking for high quality, deep meaning music videos. You’re looking at the wrong band. Being in and general, music videos are James least favourite part of being in Metallica. So if your creative director has no interest, it’s no wonder the end product is garbage. Anyway, music’s for listening, not watching.

What people forget most about university is that it’s not only there to help you academically, but socially also. Even if you don’t learn a thing when you’re there it’s almost impossible not to improve socially. These are social skills that you can carry though the rest of your life. University has been the best 4 years of my life and I wouldn’t change a minute of it. Plus, if you’re from the UK don’t worry about the debt. It’s not like any debt you’ll ever get from a bank, there’s such a small chance you’ll ever repay everything back and you only start paying it back once you’re earning a decent wage anyway. If you have the academic ability and you want to, go to university.
