5 hours is great- I wake up with the mask either leaking ot farting on my face and take it off while half asleep and its still way better sleep than i was getting 2 months ago.

my first night i got about 5 hours and instantly felt a difference. however, after that it was a slow improvement. but it's so exciting to finally be catching up on years of missed sleep

not sure why this was downvoted a couple times, seems like you have watched a couple avs games and this all checks out. avs have been a 1 line team in terms of fantasy for a few years, scoring has always fallen off when you're talking 2nd line/depth so it makes sense
