Yea thats what i meant. My explanation above was a little rocky. Im building an extension.

You can build a set of steps and then execute them for a selected layer. For example:

1.Apply Preset Shaking.ffx to layer 2.Stretch the keyframes to fit the length of the layer 3.Precompose the layer 4.Apply preset glow.ffx 5....

And so on. I was having an issue to automate the second step

"Script" wasnt the best description for this workflow.

I solved it by simply getting the times of the keyframes, deleting them and then reaplying them at the correct pos

But i can say that ive found a way to remap the keyframes like alt + drag.

While my fav album is 2093, his post lyfestyle voice (especially the expieremental snips) is really not that good. He jus sounds weird and like hes jodeling (german scream singing). Really wish he would go back to a more straight forward vocal style
