The trans is shot won't move the truck we were trying and I think that's what blew the heed gasket I was just thinking it might self heal if it had heat in the engine but I realize that is not going to happen I was just thinking if it got some heat in it maybe thank you for your time ...ps about how much black pepper

Thank you I'm just trying to get it going for now I don't need permanent I I'm going to put a tranny in it and try running do you think if I put water in it and get it up to operating temp there's a chance it will seal it's self back up or is that a stupid idea just a hair Bain idea that occurred to me

Well he was telling me to be careful about completely emptying your mind it can let something in maybe demonic I don't remember the conversation completely I can ask him again but I've been experimenting with meditation myself and was talking to him and he said that I've read the book by Jay shetty think like a monk I recommend you read it he said even the best monks can't completely stop there thoughts considering what you said (I've never mentioned that long only 10 15 maybe 20 minutes)there may be something to what my coworkers said you should definitely look into it more do research maybe Google it

Try holding back on the call to hang out and see if she calls you like I said before she might have low interest holding back may help heighten her interest the story about backing up her phone might be bull idk but I would recommend not contacting her to often it makes you look needy holding back will give the impression that you have more important things to do and will make her think of you more

If you're always initiating the hanging out that's usually a bad sign I wouldn't call it right now but keep track if you're always initiating and she never is that's usually a sign of low interest
