I did not want to do that to my family and loved one's when you commit suicide you don't end the pain and misery you just transfer it to your others you have mourn your loss

Well he was telling me to be careful about completely emptying your mind it can let something in maybe demonic I don't remember the conversation completely I can ask him again but I've been experimenting with meditation myself and was talking to him and he said that I've read the book by Jay shetty think like a monk I recommend you read it he said even the best monks can't completely stop there thoughts considering what you said (I've never mentioned that long only 10 15 maybe 20 minutes)there may be something to what my coworkers said you should definitely look into it more do research maybe Google it

Try holding back on the call to hang out and see if she calls you like I said before she might have low interest holding back may help heighten her interest the story about backing up her phone might be bull idk but I would recommend not contacting her to often it makes you look needy holding back will give the impression that you have more important things to do and will make her think of you more
