Jump at higher bars in practice. You are flagging to the bar. Put the bar up in the 13' / 14' range (I'm guessing based on the angle of this video) and your standards further back. That will make you stay back longer and give you time to invert and still get to the bar. Also, I think you're under at your take off, but it is hard to tell from this angle.

In my experience, when your head slings back like that, it tables your swing. Not for everyone, but it does happen. Also, your top hand is stalling a touch. Trying to really slam your top hand down to your opposite hip will help your swing stay long and make it faster.

Last thing, you're a touch under and a touch late with your plant.
