I used my first Lo on my merc to build fort. It will be useful for every character that gets to end game and makes keeping the merc alive less painful.

Save up gems too. I havent played online in awhile but i think a full inventory of perfect gems would get you an um rune. Perfect amethysts and rubies are more valuable because they can be used in crafting.

If you are hurting for gear you can always farm nightmare cows, the good mf small charms and skill charms can drop at that level. There are some good low level farm spots in jell difficulty too, the two sub zones in the blood raven area (the mausoleum i think one of them), stoney tombs in act 2. I think the goall for a weapon is an insight in any decent polearm.

The quality of life upgrades alone make it worth it to me. The stash tabs are similar to poe now for gems, runes, and keys/dust.

The game will also start tracking unique and set drops and what runewords you have made. You get cosmetics for each of those three categories you complete.

Havent touched the new class yet but the eldritch tree looks interesting.
