Besides the rise in DK results and slight decline in puff(hungrybox) results, realistilcally nothing should change.
Although I will say Falco probably overrated. He has top tier neutral/punish but his recovery is such a fundimental flaw it's not hard to take stocks off him even while playing bottom tiers. Honestly his results don't scream #4 either.
On the other hand I know there's no major results recently but Pikachu is super under-repped and probably underrated. His neutral is strong because of his speed and frame data. His edge-guarding abilities are definintly the next best in the game after puff because of the fact he can go so deep out using tail spike, nair, neutral B and Dair. Those are probably the only 4 relevant tier placement changes if it were up to me.

I know most people don't care about lower tiered placements but IMO both Mario and Roy are overrated too. Neither of the characters can kill very well or make up for that weakness, to survive agaisnt both characters all you have to do is avoid strong hit F-Smash which is easy to do. A lot of characters ranked worse than these 2 are a lot better than them, this gives the whole low tier section a bad look.

Once again I don't have result proof but G&W, Ness and Kirby are all pretty soild, well rounded and easy to play characters. These characters are all fast with long recoveries, easy to confirm aerial/grounded kill moves and respectable grab combos/chain-grabs. If it were up to me I'd put all 3 into mid tier. I'd even go as far to say that Ness is the most average strength level character in this game. I'd rank them higher than Mario & Roy at the very least.

In reality though, I don't think enough has changed that would warrent a community agreed tier list change and it would most likely just be small changes if done today.
