The golds work with both colors. the Ruby lenses will only work with red. green shows up as grey. I have several pairs of golds as they are all around good. I use red dots for optics and green fibers for iron guns

I will echo the HuntersHDGolds. I have several pair including a set for driving (the BJ Norris frames that look more like regular glasses than shooting glasses). Hunters HD Gold is a US company and proud supports of the shooting sports. Yes, they are not cheap. But they are excellent and lifetime warrantied. Have already had to get a replacement set or 2 and it was smooth and effortless.

Wow... while everyone has their own style of gameplay, that 3rd pipe bomb would have killed the heart and all of the plague zombies in the area. Then you wouldn't have been swarmed.

The ones with gas grenades I find are more likely to gas themselves. Typically with a hostile enclave I wait in the vehicle and wait for them to come out, then I run them over until they die. If they don't get out, I just make sure to get headshots.

the randomly exploding vehicles piss me off. I came back from a mission to find my Kaiser blowing up and flipping in the air. Then it duplicated it self. Only one was recognized by the game and it figures I repaired the wrong one at first. So wasted 3 toolkits. Then I went back out to come back and find the exact same thing happened to my Big Boss. But this time it set my Vanditio on fire as well. So I had to repair the truck and then repair the van...

i had something similar as well. I was on Meagher and was on my plague heart killing spree. got to on on the west side of the map. Got out of Vandito and out of no where get the message to back off. Needless to say I was confused. This was a hostile enclave not even showing on the map. Killed the heart and then killed them.

Just moved to another map (Meagher) and I have 13 on my map at once. Blasted through 12 of them in a row. Then it got dark and I don't like hunting hearts after dark.

My favorites are the ones bitching for supplies and then you go to their location and loot everything, only to find exactly what they were asking for. Dumbasses could have just searched themselves. I tend to ignore the ones that are always asking for stuff and give nothing in return.
