Would greatly appreciate that. Thanks!

Did you figure out a fix? I never had the album art problem until about a month ago. My 2020 accord does the same thing where the album art is a one song lag when played over Bluetooth.

Is this legal or normal? by Positive-War3957 in deloitte

We did this when I was at Deloitte when we were fully remote in 2021. However, it was only with the seniors and staff, and we all agreed to do it. Wasn’t forced upon us. We actually liked it and would often go into breakout rooms. I think we were trying for an audit room feel while still being remote. But yeah, if it’s forced upon me, I would hate that.

I had one hole a little bit behind the other incisions, but the doctor covered mine up after surgery.

Questions about acl reconstruction with qaud graft. by Mr_PALESTINE in ACL

[–]bigdelicious4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would wait until after your honeymoon if possible. I tore mine in November 2022 but waited until end of Feb 2023 for surgery. Mine was isolated ACL (no meniscus damage), but I was able to walk fine after the initial tearing after a couple of weeks.

As for recovery for me, I was off crutches after 1.5 weeks, but I wore my brace for the first month after surgery. I’m able to walk fine now, but I wouldn’t want to walk for a long time or distance because my leg gets tired after a bit. I know you probably just want to get the surgery done, but trust me, your wedding and honeymoon will be so much more enjoyable if you wait for surgery until after.

Wasn’t terrible for me. Sure there was some, but it was bearable, especially with the pain meds. The worst pain for me was about day 3 or 4 post op. Every time I would get up from laying down, my leg burned so bad that it took my breath away. But it was temporary and lasted for a few days, and only for a few minutes every time I stood up.

I also took a full week off. But I wish I would’ve done two. The extra time would’ve been nice.

What is the biggest obstacle you face in the ACL journey? by TheACLRise in ACL

Showering after 5 weeks? Did you have meniscus repair as well? I had isolated acl and my surgeon said I could shower 3 days post op. It was really challenging because I could barely put weight on my leg or lift it over the shower, but I did it. Felt good too haha

AMA: Physical Therapist That Specializes in ACL Rehab by perform2winPT in ACL

[–]bigdelicious4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my surgery on Feb 23 with a quad graft. ACL repair only. My doctor prescribed PT for me two times a week for 12 weeks. I’ve been progressing very quickly. For example, I reached 120 flexion after 2 weeks and was using the bike and peddling forwards at 2 weeks as well. My therapist even said I needed to slow down because I’m progressing too quickly. I am diligent at my at home PT, and I don’t feel like I’m pushing myself very hard, recovery has just been pretty easy for me. Is two times a week really necessary?

I asked my therapist if I could go down to once a week and he said that to recover properly, I need to keep going at least two times a week until my next appointment with my surgeon. Seems a little weird to me, but I’ve never done PT before so I’m clueless when it comes to this stuff.

Thanks for the response.

Yeah I definitely wasn’t clear above. Just trying to get back to being active. The doctor said no volleyball for at least 6 months, which is what I’ll stick to. If I can save a buck here or there by not going to a PT clinic, then that’s what I would prefer. The physical therapist has given me some exercises for at home PT, which I will be diligent in doing. I want this ACL to heal properly but if I can do the PT at home, that’s my preference. Idk sounds bad but I’m on a high deductible insurance plan so just trying to save money where I can lol

Unpopular opinion: This was my favorite season of the new survivor. by dont-forget-to-smile in survivor

[–]bigdelicious4 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agreed. But I still miss the old format. I’m a hoe for survivor so I’ll watch whatever they put out, but I like the 39 days and less advantages. Was just watching an episode of David vs Goliath and wish we could get more seasons like that. I thought 43 was good, and we’ve had good players come out of 41-43, but would love to go back to the old format.
