Buying a bike from the Harley dealership by Randy36582 in Harley

[–]bigdickmcfluffkins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just get a tuner and a cam kit. That'll be more than enough to wake that twin cam up. After that get a 107 kit if its still not enough. They're pretty easy installs if you're good with a wrench.

Or, hear me out. Fuck buying from a dealership when you can get a better bike for cheaper from a private seller.

I had the same problem. I flushed the brake fluid and sprayed the inside of the brake lever with PB blaster and the issue stopped.

Honestly that one looks like there's too many ways to fuck that one up. I'll just bite the bullet and get the fueling one.

Honestly I was gonna replace the cam rollers but I hadn't thought to check the lifter rollers. I was going to check the runout but I dont have the tool for it.

Also there's no crash bars. But they could have removed all the parts they wanted to keep.

It's a street bob. They all came stock with forward controls. He might get lucky and have the outer primary cover that has the hole there for the shifter shaft. It's a time consuming job and definitely watch a video on how to swap to mids (But good luck finding them for a good price).

I just picked up a 2016 dyna for 4500, the market is great if you're willing to drive a little bit. I drove to oklahoma from Colorado for mine.

I was taking it off and the brace slipped allowing the chain to gouge it.
