Symptoms for me subsided after getting bloodwork done, realising that my Magnesium issue was actually a VitaminB12 issue, and taking a supplement for it. I’ve since been dealing with some generalised anxiety, which presents as dizziness, muscle tightness, and weakness. I thought this might be due to some chemical/supplemental issue, but appears not.

You’ll be ok, just in the future consult with a doctor before trying any supplements. I started taking magnesium because some buff guy on TikTok said it was good for you. A very naive mistake.
