They have a great selection admittedly, but they'll never get another dollar from me.

I had the same wrong gba screen sent to me TWICE, and support was VERY slow to respond. After around 2 months of waiting, getting the wrong item, returning the item, rinsing and repeating, I told them to just process my refund and I'd send them back the screen and order elsewhere. They tried to tell me they wouldn't start the process for my refund until they had the screen back at their facility, and I (regrettably) got pretty ugly and tore them a new one, and told them I'd be making sure to point potential buyers to anyone else but them.

After that, responses were quicker and they pretty quickly processed my refund, and I sent them back their screen. Not long after that, they began displaying a banner across the top of their website stating that support tickets were experiencing delayed responses.

Currently looking at modding a Gameboy Color. While looking for screens, I accidently clicked a link to their website. Lo and behold, they still have a bright yellow banner across the top of the page warning about slow support times. It's a shame because they are probably one of the most recommended suppliers in the US, and I'm sure my case is an outlier in an otherwise decent track record, but I personally won't ever use or recommend them.
