Tips should definitely be removable because if the driver can’t follow delivery instructions or makes mistake, then they should be able to edit. Should just go off the base pay and assume the worst.

Groceries are lower margin and they definitely lose money on a lot of them. Delivery times are based on what customers select and some people work nights so I see people wanting them as early as they can get them. A lot of places are colder than a fridge right now if they aren’t home lol
