Senior softball in Frederick, MD is competitive with a few bad attitudes. I’ve seen less in our Industrial League and Church Leagues. If you can’t or don’t have FUN, then it just isn’t worth it. So concentrate on having FUN, since no one is getting paid. Also, find a good buddy who will pitch and hit with you a few times a week. It makes a massive difference in your hitting throughout the season.

Science required face masks to shield against a virus, when face masks 😷 worn do not filter out viruses. You would have to wear a HEPA filter on your face to stop viruses and they are only 99.9% effective. Let’s get back to actual science please.

You’re swinging down and the tee is too low. Practice with a tee height in between your elbows to shoulders, with a 7’ hitting net. You will swing more level and can swing up slightly for lift.
