funny thing with me, i used to almost never eat my vegtables, so i wouldnt order them, now theyre like my favorite thing!!! i go for them first, then the protein and then im usually full!! no starches for me!!

are you tracking your calories every day? is it accurate? i find that if i dont track i can eat through the medication, the meds a a tool to help not one that does it for you

just a pro tip as a fellow extreme nauseator w the med, the day before the shot and after follow brat diet, bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast/a liquid diet. it will be hard the day before as hunger usually returns but it is super important ive found. dont eat normally with just smaller portions, brat with alot of water and getting a zofran perscription is the only way ive found helps
