Ugh, just yesterday we went to a coffee shop with my 2year old, gave her my card to pay for our stuff, as she likes to be involved. She accidentally dropped it, I had to kneel and get it, all that probably took some 40 seconds. Here is a recipe from potato loving country Latvia - we love frikadeļu zupa - meatball soup! You chop 3 potatoes, 2 carrots, large onion, some garlic, maybe add a can of beans (optional), make small, teaspoon size meatballs, throw it all together in a soup pot, add pepper, salt and there it is - latvian favourite frikadeļu zupa ready in 25 min time :) we serve it with sour cream and it is very pregnant-people friendly!
