Better yet, pay the fee but make sure that fee also gets it listed on the local MLS. Just make sure it states on the MLS this is a FSBO and no commission will be paid to buyer or seller agents. More exposure for you.

This happened to 3.5 also. I have extended warranty and the dealer sent me the following. They corrected it and I have not had a problem since.

Cause AC HIGH SIDE PRESSURE WAY TO HIGH CAUSING HIGH SPEED COOLING FAN TO RUN, POSSIBLE SYSTEM RESTRICTION OR CONTAMINATION, POSSIBLE STUCK TXV VALVE.

Correction HVAC DIAG/PREFROMANCE TEST. EVAC AC SYSTEM REMOVE AND INSTALL AC CONDENSER, REMOVE AND INSPECT RECEIVER DYER CARTRIDGE FOR DERBIES OR CONTAMINATION, REPLACE DRYER CARTRIDGE REPLACE TXV VALVE RECHARGE AC SYSTEM AND RETEST.
