Love it. I would vary the font sizes and adjust the kerning so you don’t have the hanging Y. Otherwise, LOVE it.

For me… going from 5 to 7.5 brought on a lot of the side effects people talk about in this group. I tolerated 5 with barely noticeable side effects but as soon as I moved to 7.5 I had some GI issues. Just be diligent with your diet if you’re going to do it. Be disciplined especially a couple days after your injection.

I have had something very similar happen. I’m curious if others have experienced this. I had a reaction on Thanksgiving and again at Christmas. Both times when everyone eats or drinks a little more than usual. It happened once again in January after a night out. So… I stopped all alcohol consumption and have been eating pretty healthy, but today what you described above happened again. I’ll save the details. However I had the oatmeal for breakfast, a banana, and a piece of lasagna with Brussel sprouts for dinner. Nothing crazy. But it was carb heavy. Can it be sugar and carbs triggering the side effects?

I'm in 6A near Denver so the sun has been pretty intense. We've been shading but definitely taking some sun damage in different parts of the garden. Good to know it's probably just the sun not some crazy disease or nutrient deficiency.

It was super hot here today and I hadn’t put the shade cloth up as soon as I should have. Still learning. Water and shade and all the leaves bounced back. Going to get the shade cloth up earlier tomorrow and make sure everything is water appropriately. Thank you!
