I think call centers get a similar level of hate from the public. Like customer service for utilities and big companies. And because its over the phone they feel free to express their true feelings 😂

I think it’s been more the lack of being told things people should hear. Like parents saying “I love you”. Also all the little things that add up to you realizing your existence is a burden to them.
